Applies to: KidClimb website and mobile/web apps (the “Service”)
1) Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using KidClimb, you agree to these Terms.
2) Who can use KidClimb
KidClimb is a parent- or legal-guardian-managed Service. Children do not create accounts and should not use KidClimb to submit personal information.
By using KidClimb, you represent that you are:
- A parent or legal guardian (or otherwise authorized caregiver) using the Service for family tracking; and
- Able to form a binding agreement where you live.
3) Your account
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- The activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge
4) Child profiles and family data
KidClimb lets parents/guardians create child profiles and log activities, milestones, and preferences.
You control what child-related information you enter. We encourage you to use a nickname and avoid unnecessary sensitive details.
5) Health and safety
KidClimb provides activity ideas and progress tracking for general developmental play. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
If you have safety concerns, stop the activity and seek professional help.
6) Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to access another user’s data
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt the Service
- Upload content that is malicious or violates others’ rights
7) Content and intellectual property
KidClimb and its content (including text, designs, and software) are owned by KidClimb or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal, family purposes.
8) Feedback
If you provide feedback, you grant KidClimb permission to use it to improve the Service without obligation to you.
9) Paid features (if any)
If KidClimb offers paid subscriptions or purchases, payment processing is handled by our payment provider. Additional purchase terms may apply at checkout.
10) Third-party services
KidClimb may rely on third-party service providers (e.g., hosting, authentication). Your use may also be subject to those providers’ terms where applicable.
11) Termination
You can stop using KidClimb at any time. You can delete child data and/or delete your account in Settings.
KidClimb may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe:
- There is abuse, fraud, or security risk; or
- You materially violate these Terms.
12) Disclaimers
KidClimb is provided on an “as available” basis. We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
13) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KidClimb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Some jurisdictions (including parts of Canada) do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.
14) Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. By using KidClimb, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
15) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version in the Service and update the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
